Tapefeed/ Uplink/ Downlink
An East Productions specialty is transmission of TV signals, for instance from great live sports events or from TV entertainment programmes produced outside the usual TV studios.
These productions are often very costly and therefore our SNG trucks are redundant – ie. they all have two independent transmission systems. Should one system fail, the other automatically takes over. There is also a CPO and a generator in the truck giving the clients maximum protection against technical break down.
